The transport of your parcel

General information All our prices include VAT (20,0 %).

Deliveries to overseas and Other countries are HT

We send all over France, overseas territories and some cities of Europe with our partners, the Post office, So-Colissimo, Geodis, DHL, UPS, GLS etc In general, we decide, with what a transport company and we send out your goods

However, you have the option, when an Internet order, please indicate your wish in a box for transport. If it is of urgent orders, we advise you to choose GEODIS or Chronopost parcel, in case of doubt, contact us at 09 54 07 38 56 or by email

The normal delivery Time is generally 24 to 48 hours (by carrier) of 2-4 days by coliposte and 3 to 5 Days for the available Relay points.

For some products, a preparation time of a day can be added.

Shipping

For any order, shipping costs are calculated automatically. Except for bulky items (podium, stage, Structure, acoustic foam, ...) please contact us at the following number 0476 171 057 in order to calculate the shipping costs if they are not specified. For Express shipments, we will calculate the postage based on the weight of your order. No Sending in against-refunding with DJ Shop. If your order is shipped in multiple times you only pay a one-time fee.

In the case of collection in our store, any costs of preparation or transport will not be applied.

Packaging

With our packages of professional quality, be sure to have only good surprises at unpacking. You can also choose the option recycled packaging that is designed to use the least possible amount of cardboard, while maintaining security during transport

 

Information Returns & shipping

Please retain the original packaging (secondary packaging and cushioning material included) at least 30 days after receipt of the order and, if possible, beyond, to ensure a safer transport in case of return or exchange; moreover, we do exchange if the item is shipped back to us complete and in its original packaging. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge clearing fees.

  • The items returned in the framework of the exercise of the right of withdrawal of 30 days, must be in perfect condition. The plastic sheets torn or missing, the boxes are damaged, smudges or signs of use on the device/instrument, the absence of expanded foam (styropor) of padding in the original packaging or a deterioration of the inside of the secondary packaging will constitute a default resulting in a reduction of the value of the article and you will be billed accordingly.
  • Please do not affix adhesive labels or other markings on the original packaging, and not to damage it. The articles sensitive to shock (devices and electronic instruments) must be returned in a secondary packaging with cushioning sufficient and evenly distributed. This is the only way to guarantee coverage of risks by insurance transport. Please use the secondary packaging of a DJ Shop or other appropriate packaging.
  • In the case of the deterioration to the article resulting from the non-observance of the information mentioned above, we will be forced to charge you for compensation.
  • Attention, all returning with a parcel to the aspect gradient will be refused from the carrier.
  • To finish: the items returned must be accompanied by all the elements available for the return in your account. If it is a defective item, please provide a detailed description of the defect in question.

Damage due to transport? > A few recommendations...

  • For the case, which is unlikely, that your order have been damaged during the transport, here are some recommendations to follow so that we may quickly process your application and to make a possible exchange.
  • Given that in the event of damage due to transport, there are deadlines to meet, we urge you, if applicable, contact us as soon as possible and at the latest within 24h following receipt of the article and make all reservations with the carrier.
  • We will then organize the rest - including shipping of the item, the exchange. If a default was to be found upon delivery, please do confirm by written by the staff of the transport company.
